Said puppy/dog is being sold/bartered/given away under the following conditions:

The puppy/dog is being sold with Full breeding rights.

The puppy/dog shall not be sold, leased, bartered, given away or donated to another party(ies) without the express written consent of Rebecca Goins.

The puppy/dog shall never be surrendered to a shelter or rescue organization.

The puppy/dog shall not be abandoned or allowed to run free at any time.
-
The puppy/dog shall be kept as a pet and will be maintained in appropriate conditions for its health and welfare.

Will receive minimum yearly veterinary medical exam and on-going veterinary care to include:
Necessary vaccinations and worming. Preventive parasite control – heartworm, flea, tick, etc.

DO NOT USE TRIFEXIS OR COMFORTIS OR ANYTHING WITH (SPINOSAD)

Dental care and cleaning as needed.

Emergency or other veterinary care as necessary.

Will receive regular grooming and basic hygiene care to include:
Brushing of coat as needed to prevent matting and to keep coat free of foreign matter.
Cleaning of ears as necessary to prevent infection.
Bathing as needed to keep skin healthy and free of irritation.
Clipping of hair on regular basis (4-6 week intervals) as needed to prevent matting and skin irritation.
10. Will receive training and socialization as needed to be a well-mannered house dog that is reliable and friendly in public situations.
Recommended training includes:

Puppy Kindergarten classes where appropriate.

Basic Obedience course.
-
Crate training for bodily function control and for confinement when unsupervised.

House-training for manners and proper behavior with people and possessions.
Socialization includes:
-
Training courses for interaction with other people and animals.
-
Interaction with family members and guests in the home.
-
Taking the puppy/dog on walks or visits where he/she can interact with strangers in a positive, non-threatening manner.
If Buyer/New Owner should become unable to care for dog, or is unable to provide a reasonable home and/or necessary medical and grooming care, or is unable to meet other basic requirements of dog ownership, he/she/they agree to immediately notify Rebecca Goins and to surrender the dog to her, with all accompanying paperwork and health records, without promise of financial restitution or compensation.
Buyer/New Owner further understands and agrees that should Rebecca Goins discover that any part of this agreement has been violated or is not being performed as agreed, or if the puppy/dog is neglected, miss-treated, mal-nourished, or is not receiving adequate or necessary medical care, Rebecca Goins shall have the right to repossess said dog and all accompanying paperwork necessary to transfer ownership back to Rebecca Goins, without financial restitution or compensation.
Falsified information on any of our forms will result in this contract being voided and the puppy/dog must be returned to Rebecca Goins with no financial restitution or compensation.
This is a legal binding contract signed by both parties.
Seller’s Representations and Warranties
Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that:
(a) Seller is the legal and true owner of the Dog and that Seller has full right and authority to sell the Dog.
(b) The Dog is being sold free and clear of any lien, security interest, charge or other encumbrance.
(c) Seller guarantees that the Dog is a purebred, offspring of the purebred sire and purebred dam or crossbreed dog with the correct breed Sire and Dam listed as set out on page 1 of this Agreement.
(d) The Dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale. Buyer has 2 days from the delivery date to have the Dog examined by a licensed veterinarian, at Buyer’s sole cost. If the Dog fails the examination, Buyer may return the Dog, with a written statement from the veterinarian, for a replacement. Failure by Buyer to have the Dog examined within the 2 day period will nullify this warranty. If Buyer chooses to keep the puppy, no replacement will be given and all medical costs and treatment are sole responsibility of the Buyer. This health guarantee will be null and void after 48 hours.
(e) This Guarantee does NOT cover Cherry eye, Entropion, Ectropion, Allergies, undescended testicles, loose knees or hips, Stenotic nares, elongated soft pallet, umbilical hernia, dermatitis, demodetic mange, parvo as we do a test prior to the pup going home, Giardia, Coccidia and or any other internal or external parasites.
Seller will NOT replace a puppy due to heat stroke, abuse/neglect, or improper socialization.
Buyer agrees that they have thoroughly researched the breed, and understand the many health issues they can possess. Buyer is responsible for all medical costs of their puppy. (No refunds will be given)This guarantee covers only the original Buyer and is not transferable.
(f) To ensure that Buyer does not euthanize the Dog or take it to an animal shelter, Seller will take the Dog back at any time during the Dog’s lifetime. Seller will not issue a refund or provide another Dog to Buyer unless the Dog’s return was a result of any misrepresentation on the part of Seller with respect to the Dog’s health.
